Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Stingers websites and products operated by Rising Ecommerce LLC (“Stingers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the sites or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. This page is written so a person (or a crawler) can read how the product actually works. It is not legal advice.
Privacy practices, including Gmail, are in the Privacy Policy.
Who we are and what these Terms cover
Stingers is the public brand at https://stingers.co — this site, marketing for StingersOS, and the stream-asset shop.
StingersOS is the staff CRM and operations workspace at https://app.stingers.co (login, pipelines, settings, onboarding, and signup). Workspaces connect Gmail in Settings → Integrations.
Ecom Reserve is the public client CRM used for inquiry forms, pay links, signing, and client portals (for example on ecomreserve.com or a connected brand domain). Clients typically open a private link; they do not connect Gmail.
These Terms apply to all of the above unless a separate written agreement with us says otherwise (for example a custom statement of work). Ads membership terms at app.stingers.co/legal/terms apply only if you buy that membership.
Accounts and workspaces
You must be able to form a contract (typically 18 or older) and use the services for a business or professional purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for keeping sign-in credentials confidential, and for activity under your workspace.
A workspace owner or admin may invite teammates. You are responsible for who you invite and for the CRM records, files, and messages they create. If you sign in with Google, Google authenticates you; we receive typical identity fields (name, email, profile photo), not Gmail message access, unless you separately connect Gmail.
We may suspend or close an account that is abusive, unpaid after notice, or that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or law.
Google and Gmail
Connecting Gmail is optional. When a workspace host or admin connects a mailbox, Stingers (the Google Cloud OAuth application) requests only:
- gmail.send — send mail from that mailbox (including send-as aliases already allowed in Gmail);
- gmail.readonly — read messages and threads so staff can see conversations on linked inquiries, deals, and gigs;
- gmail.settings.basic — read send-as / alias addresses for the From picker.
You authorize us to use those scopes only to provide those workspace email features. We do not request gmail.modify, gmail.compose, gmail.insert, or full mail.google.com access. Gmail data is used under Google’s Limited Use rules as described in the Privacy Policy: we do not sell it, use it for ads, or use it to train unrelated models.
You represent that you have the right to connect that mailbox (you own it or your organization allows you to authorize the app). You are responsible for the content of messages you send through StingersOS. Recipients receive what you chose to send.
Disconnect in Settings → Integrations (or revoke the app in your Google Account) to stop API access. Disconnecting deletes the stored refresh token. Email already saved on a CRM record stays until you delete that record.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the services to spam, phish, harass, or send unlawful mail;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access another workspace without permission;
- upload malware or content you do not have rights to;
- resell StingersOS as your own product without our written permission;
- use connected Gmail access for any purpose other than the workspace email features you enabled.
Plans, trials, and shop purchases
StingersOS plan prices, trial length, and seat rules are shown at checkout and on stingers.co. Annual plans may include a free trial as stated there; monthly plans typically bill immediately. You can cancel from billing settings. Fees already charged are handled as described at checkout or by Stripe’s receipt unless law requires otherwise.
Shop purchases (stream assets) grant a personal or studio license to use the files you bought, as stated on the product page. We do not transfer copyright of those assets unless the listing says so. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Client invoices and pay links created in StingersOS are charged by the workspace’s Stripe connection. We are not the merchant of record for those client payments unless a listing says we are.
Your content and our IP
You keep ownership of CRM records, files, and messages you put in the workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content so the product can function (including sending email you compose and showing it to teammates you invite).
Stingers, StingersOS, the sites, mockups, and software are our intellectual property (or our licensors’). These Terms do not sell you that IP. You may not copy the product or remove our marks except as needed to use the service.
Third parties
The services rely on processors we actually use, including Google (Gmail API and optional Google sign-in), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, auth, files), and Vercel (hosting). Their terms apply to their services. Other integrations you connect in Settings receive only what that connection needs.
Disclaimer and liability
The services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Gmail, Stripe, or other third parties will always accept a request (for example if Google restricts an OAuth app or a payment is declined).
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rising Ecommerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits damages, or for loss of data or mail, arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for StingersOS or shop purchases in the three months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing), except where law does not allow that limit.
Some places do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, our responsibility is limited to the minimum the law requires.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise. Courts in that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the harm occurred.

If we change these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page at https://stingers.co/terms. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new Terms, except where law requires a different process.
